It has been a crazy week! (but honestly, when isn’t it??).I really can’t (or shouldn’t) complain, I know so many people have it much harder or are worse off or have really serious challenges.... but still, it’s hard not to dwell on your own stuff, right?!.Regardless of the type or severity of my struggles, I’ve found it’s super helpful to have a routine, to have a plan. So on weeks like this I don’t have to think too hard about workouts or nutrition because it’s just part of my routine. I know what I need to do, so I just do it, almost on autopilot.... like getting a shower or brushing my teeth..It didn’t happen overnight, but if you’re consistent and deliberate for long enough, anything can become a (good) habit!!.
