I’m going to do my best to make it to bed 30 minutes earlier than I normally do to help my body clock adjust to losing an hour of sleep. Sunday I’ll make it an hour earlier!.oxoI can say with absolute certainty that I’m not a morning person, so this is very important for me in order to continue feeling refreshed instead of exhausted when waking up. (Slumberland is my favorite place to beeee) .xoxSo let’s get ready!
